For ADHD & time-blindness

Be on time, without the 50 alarms.

Tell Ontime when you need to be somewhere. It counts backward through your real routine (shower, coffee, the drive) and gives you the one number that matters: when to start moving.

How it works

You underestimate. Ontime doesn’t.

The shower you swear takes ten minutes takes twenty-two. Ontime plans for the real you, then counts down to the moment you actually need to move.

01

Add your steps, set the deadline

List what you have to do and when you need to be there. Ontime works backward and gives you a time to start and a time to walk out the door, down to the minute.

02

Run it, glance at the ring

A shrinking ring shows the step you’re on and how much slack is left. It lives on your Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, widget and Apple Watch, so your phone stops being a black hole.

03

See where the time went

After each run, Ontime shows what you guessed next to what it actually took, and remembers. Tomorrow’s plan starts from reality, not hope.

What’s inside

Small app. Does one thing well.

Leave-by times

The exact minute to start getting ready, and the minute to walk out the door.

A ring you can feel

One glance shows the current step, the time left, and whether you’re ahead or behind.

Realistic padding

Steps you haven’t timed yet get a sensible buffer, so the plan isn’t built on best case.

Learns your times

It records the plan against what really happened, and uses it next time.

“I’m running late” in a tap

Behind schedule? One tap opens a ready message with your real ETA. You choose who gets it.

Alarms you can’t reflex-swipe

You confirm the step is done, or add time on purpose. No swiping it away half asleep.

Loud, gentle, or silent

Set the alert level. Vibrate-only stays quiet even in the background, and check-ins respect your sleep.

Save your routines

Keep your morning, gym or school run, and reload it with today’s deadline in a tap.

Backed up to your iCloud

History syncs across your devices and survives a reinstall. It never touches a server we own.

The point

Lateness isn’t a character flaw. Your brain just doesn’t feel the time passing.

If you’ve ever apologised for being late when you honestly tried, you know the gap. Ontime does the part your brain skips: noticing that it’s already time to go.

No streak-shaming, no wall of alarms you’ve learned to ignore. Just a calm nudge at the right minute, so you get where you said you would.

Questions

Quick answers.

Do I need to make an account?
No. Open it and start. There’s no sign-up, email or login. If you’re signed into iCloud, your history backs up to your own private iCloud, so it survives a reinstall and follows you to your other devices.
How is this different from a calendar or an alarm?
A calendar says when something is. An alarm goes off at a set time. Neither answers the real question with time-blindness: when do I have to start to make it? Ontime works that out across every step and counts you down to it.
Is it actually built for ADHD?
That’s the whole reason it exists. Honest time padding, alarms you have to acknowledge, a first run that shows how far off your guesses were, and calm visuals with no clutter and no shame.
Does my data leave my phone?
Only into your own iCloud, if you’re signed in. That’s Apple’s storage, tied to your Apple ID, encrypted, and invisible to us. There are no analytics or ad SDKs and no server we run. See the Privacy Policy.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Ontime is iPhone-first, with Apple Watch, Dynamic Island and a widget. Want a nudge if Android happens? Email me.
