Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Ontime app. By downloading or using Ontime, you agree to them. Please read the subscription section carefully.
1. The app & your licence
Ontime (“the app”) is a personal time-management tool provided by Adesh Pandey (“we”, “us”). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Ontime on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app.
2. Use it responsibly
Ontime helps you plan and keep to your own schedule. It relies on local notifications and estimates, which can be delayed or affected by your device settings (Focus, silent mode, battery, Do Not Disturb). Ontime is a personal aid, not a guarantee. Don’t rely on it as the sole safeguard for anything safety-critical, medical, or where being late has serious consequences. You’re responsible for your own commitments.
3. Free trial & Ontime Pro
Ontime is free to use for the first 7 days after you install it, with no payment and no account. After the trial, continued use requires an Ontime Pro auto-renewing subscription. The following terms apply:
- The 7-day trial begins when you install Ontime and unlocks the entire app at no cost. When it ends, a subscription is needed to keep using the app, and you are charged only if and when you choose to subscribe.
- Plans & price. Ontime Pro is offered on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annual). The exact duration and price are shown in the app on the purchase screen, in your local currency, before you confirm. Plans and pricing may change over time. The current price is always shown before you subscribe, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or App Store, then your account, then Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We’re happy to point you in the right direction, so just get in touch.
5. Your content
Anything you create in Ontime (plans, routines, notes, history) is yours. It’s stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud. We don’t claim ownership of it and we can’t access it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer & liability
Ontime is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for missed appointments, indirect or consequential losses, or any outcome arising from your use of the app, or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
